Products and Installation All our products are custom-designed, manufactured, and installed specifically for your home. We take pride in our workmanship and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every project. Installations will be scheduled at your convenience and require clear access to the installation areas.
Payments Payment terms will be clearly outlined and agreed upon during your initial design consultation. Final payment is typically due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Changes Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or changes to orders must be communicated promptly. Any costs incurred by changes or cancellations after production has begun will be the responsibility of the customer.
Limited Lifetime Warranty At The Custom Closet Company, we proudly stand by our exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all custom-designed and professionally installed products, valid for as long as you—the original purchaser—own the home where the systems are installed, provided they remain in their original location.
What’s Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What’s Not Covered:

Components manufactured by third parties (e.g., sliding mirror).

Normal wear and tear (such as fading over time, exposure to light or smoke).

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or alterations made by anyone other than The Custom Closet Company.

Liability The Custom Closet Company shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products under our warranty terms.
