In 1983, Mike and Kathy Musick combined their home design and custom installation expertise and founded The Custom Closet Company. Over the years they have formed a solid team of design and installation specialists to help them help you create the space of your dreams. Mike plays a strong role in hiring and then training all installers to his high custom installation standards.

Mike Musick, Owner

Mike Musick founded The Custom Closet Company in 1983 with his wife Kathy. Mike is a hands-on owner and has always been involved in all aspects of the company, from the design, manufacture and installation. My personally hires and trains his team so that they all uphold the high standards that The Custom Closet Company has come to represent in the Puget Sound.

Kathy Musick, Owner

Kathy Musick founded The Custom Closet Company in 1983 with her husband Mike. Kathy utilizes her years of home design experience to help create the custom designs her clients have come to love. Kathy also serves as office manager and is key to keeping The Custom Closet Company running smoothly for all.

A note from Mike: "As often found in the construction industry, there are many times when there is a fluctuation in the volume of work. During peak times, we bring in additional help as needed to assist our closet installers or manufacturers. This extra staff serves a supportive role to our trained carpenters. I recruited the majority of our associates after having known them previously and being impressed with their experience and skills. It was my mission to put together a team that could bring the best in closet design, closet manufacturing, and closet installation. I want all of our clients to feel 100% confident that they are receiving the highest quality closet service available!"
